“The instructors at Sandhills Community College were most helpful and each were determined to see that I became successful in life,” said Carlton Cole, Moore County Director of Public Safety. This is a sentiment mentioned many times over by students and graduates of the college.
“Sandhills Community College helped me form a solid understanding of business principles which I continue to use every day. Every instructor at the college is caring and very energetic; it shows in the daily activities on the campus.”
Cole graduated with an associate’s degree in Business Administration and went on to UNC-Pembroke to earn a BSBA with a concentration in Management and a Master of Public Administration concentrating in Emergency Management. Cole still benefits from the college. He regularly takes Continuing Education classes and graduated from the inaugural class of the Dedman Center for Business Leadership.
