The Sandhills Community College Musical Theatre will present Chicago February 23-25. Set in Prohibition-era Chicago, the musical is a satire on corruption in the administration of justice when Vaudevillian Velma Kelly is arrested for murder.
Shows will be on Friday, February 23 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, February 24 at 2 and 7 p.m., and Sunday, February 25 at 2 p.m. in Owens Auditorium. Tickets are $18 for the public and $10 for students with an SCC ID. They are available at the SCC Boyd Library, The Country Bookshop in Southern Pines, Sandhills Winery in Seven Lakes, at the door before each performance and online at http://www.sandhills.edu/chicago.
