This past week, students and faculty from the Landscape and Garden Program at SCC traveled to Utah to participate in the National Association of Professionals Collegiate Competition at BYU.

With an all first-year team and one second year student, they came in 25th out of 62 schools beating teams from schools like Texas A&M and Oregon State.  There were two SCC students in the top 50 of overall scoring students out of over 650 students.  The SCC team also won “best cheer” with their parody of Smash Mouths, “All Star.”
